The Místico Hanging Bridges Tour in La Fortuna takes you deep into the tropical rainforest surrounding Arenal Volcano. Along approximately 3.2 km of trails, you will cross hanging bridges and walk through different layers of the forest, from the rainforest floor to the canopy.

With your local naturalist guide, you will learn how to observe the incredible biodiversity hidden throughout the forest. Keep your eyes open for tropical birds, monkeys, sloths, reptiles, amphibians, insects and other species that call the Arenal rainforest home.

The changing elevation of the trail offers spectacular perspectives of the forest and, when weather conditions allow, beautiful views of Arenal Volcano.
